Small tasks.
Meaningful progress.

Meritavi helps parents and children agree on chores, see progress and celebrate effort. Tasks become points, and points become the reward your family chooses.

A closer look

Everything starts with a clear agreement.

Parents guide the routine. Children see what to do, what their effort is worth and what they are working towards.

01

Chores that fit your family

Create your own tasks or start with 48 age-appropriate templates. Decide the points, the rhythm and the expectations together.

02

Parents approve the effort

A child taps “I did it”. A parent reviews the task, approves it or sends it back with a reason. Only parents award points.

03

Goals worth working towards

A chosen savings goal gives the points a purpose. Children can follow their progress and learn to plan one step at a time.

04

Your points, your agreement

Points can become pocket money at a clear rate: 10 points to one unit of your currency or, on Plus, a rate you choose. Or keep it to points alone. Meritavi records your family’s decisions; it does not move money.

05

Progress with context

See the history behind the points and follow patterns over time. Small, consistent efforts become easier to recognise.

06

A calmer kind of motivation

Optional penalties wait 24 hours before taking effect, giving your family time to talk. Surprise bonuses recognise effort beyond the task list.

How it works

From “I did it” to “well done”.

01

Agree on the task

A parent chooses a chore, explains what is expected and sets its point value.

02

Complete and submit

The child does the task and taps “I did it”. It waits for a parent’s review.

03

Review and encourage

Approve the effort or explain what needs another try. Points are awarded after approval.

04

Work towards a reward

Follow the balance and a savings goal. Pocket money is handed over by the parent, outside the app.

Two perspectives, one agreement

A place for parents. A place for children.

For parents

  • Manage chores, point values and the family’s routine.
  • Review completed tasks and explain any rejection.
  • Use PIN or biometric access for parent mode.

For children

  • See the chores and mark completed work for review.
  • Follow points and a goal chosen by the child.
  • Request pocket money at the rate agreed with the parent.
Privacy by design

Family life stays in the family.

No advertising. No analytics. No account to create.

On Free, family data stays on one phone. Plus is designed to keep the family’s phones in step using data encrypted before it leaves the phone, with keys held only by the family’s devices. Read the policy for the full details.

Read the privacy policy

In your family’s language.

The app supports English, Romanian, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish and Indonesian. This website is available in eight languages.

Good to know

A few answers before you start.

Does Meritavi actually pay my child?

No. The app records points and your family’s agreed conversion rate. Any pocket money is handed over by the parent, outside the app.

Can a child award their own points?

No. Children submit completed tasks for review. A parent decides whether to approve the task and award points.

Do we have to use money or penalties?

No. You can focus on points, goals and encouragement. Penalties are optional and include a 24-hour period to reconsider.

Where can I get help or read about my data?

Use the dedicated support, privacy, terms and data-deletion pages below. You can also write to hello@midax.studio.
